I need the garage pictured plumbed up, bracing put in corners to hold plumb, convert the front to just one swinging door, frame the other side so there is a shear wall at the front. Vinyl side with standard double 5 siding. Roof is in fair shape. We can''t just tear it down as it is grandfathered. It is positioned over a drop off to a river below. Basically we are converting the structure to a good sturdy shed.
