Remove toilet, vanity, faucet, drain. Tile floor, 66" X 58" approximately 26.58 square feet. Tile one partial wall behind 66" X32" approximately 14.66 square feet (my tile, your thin set white grout caulk). Possible remove wall paneling, add board to attach tile behind toilet. Possible remove linoleum if needed. Once drain cover on floor. Replace same toilet (your ring, other). Install new vanity, attaché counter with sink to vanity, install new faucet, drain (your pipe etc. other) Work as describe at agreed auction price to customer satisfaction.

Customer :: They're 12x12 marble on the floor, on the wall are 4x4.
