I have basement door of a century home that needs replaced. I will need metal or treated wood with a rubber water seal at the bottom to prevent water from entering in from exterior steps (not pictured) Door will have to be cut to spec on site. The size is approximately 72'' tall and 33.5" wide. Looks are not as important as stopping all exterior water. Labor only-Thank you in advance
