Three handle bath faucet is leaking behind surround and drywall. It needs to be replaced and the drywall and surround need to be replaced/repaired. Some 2x4''s may need to be replaced as well. ?????1 -new tub faucet 2 -drywall repair to corrner & behind surround 3 - new surround 4 - caulk surround / tub. JOB NEEDS TO LOOK PROFESSIONAL. YOU CAN USE CEMENT BOARD AS LONG AS IT LOOKS GOOD WHEN YOU ARE DONE. TENANT WILL APPROVE WORK.
