Tear down one hole masonry chimney extending up through 2 story house and out the roof. Dispose of all demoed material. Reroof exit hole through roof. Owner to provide all materials necessary. ( Primarily a demo & removal job. Chimney is not to be rebuilt. The only construction required is to patch & re-shingle roof hole.)
