I own a rental house which is currently vacant located at 650 Easter Ave. Akron, Ohio. I need the windows and doors protected. Currently, the doors are covered with sheathing, but am unsure of the sheathing''s condition. I need the first floor (3)doors and (8)windows covered from the outside with plywood or strand board sheathing with a minimum thickness of 1/2" nominal fastened with screws to the wood frame. The second floor (9)windows need to be covered with a minimum nominal thickness of 3/8" fastened to the wood frame.

Service Provider 2024- :: Am I correct in saying there would be a total of 21 pieces of plywood with an average cost of $18.50 per sheet, there would be more cost to this job than the max bid of $350.
