Flexible timing as house is under complete rehab. Say 8am-8pm. Installation of vinyl siding approx. 22 square. 1910 gable style colonial. Covering old wood 4" siding. Old back porches have been removed so it''s all flat walls now. New windows [20] have been installed, but all need coil. Front and rear doors need coil too. Also a 8'' treated ledger board [rear] for the proposed rear stoop including "Z" flashing before siding goes up. Being an older colonial we’d prefer going as high up as possible on non gable ends using finish trim at top of siding for a clean edge. Then coil to finish off so we don''t have to go to the expense of creating a soffit. Last gutters will need to be installed as well [90 L.F.].
