Need repair or two adjacent sets of concrete stairs and their brick bases. One of the brick bases has missing and cracked bricks. There are 4 steps in each set. Both have wrought-iron like side railing. The two sets are approx 9x6ft each.

Service Provider 2237-OH :: Those are not concrete steps - they are sandstone. What does the City require, in terms of repair? We can go OVER those stairs with concrete, or tear them out, and pour new in concrete. We cannot properly take them apart, repair the bricks and then place those stones back, they're too badly worn, and purchasing new stone would be much more expensive than the budget you have here. I am bidding this job at $2950, so you give us a chance to win and do this properly. Thanks. Brian
Customer :: Thanks Brian. After you perform the work, we want to make sure it stays intact and not walk on or "graffiti-ed". What are your thoughts around barricading? How long will it take for the stairs to dry so they are not prone to damage? Finally, how long do you think it will take to do the work?
