Project Description House appears to have two layers of shingles tear off Unsure about square footage 1- tear off existing roof 2- replace damaged roof boards 3- install roofing materials 4- remove debris cleanup We are open to discussing budget roofing materials colors etc. this is a rental property with long-term tenants currently residing Note: Separately - bid coming for garage keep in mind Garage reroof and gutter board
